Moving away from home has really tested my faith and I’m glad it has because I have learned a lot about life. Every experience has made me grow more spiritually. I am definitely not the same person I was a year ago. Every year I change to be a better example for those who need one. After all, we all have at least one person who admires our deeds.
A friend once told me, “God chuckles when we plan because He has already set one out for us,” all we have to do is follow our hearts and have faith in ourselves through Him! I have found truth in this saying, but I also believe that God has given us the privilege to choose our own paths and it is in our faith that all things we do are through God.
Through this journey I have realized that there are two types of people in this world. Those who are willing to put in the work to achieve God’s purpose for them and those who are simply going to take the easy way putting in little effort and being ok with complacency. It takes great courage to follow in God’s path and with Him in our lives we will never be alone. We should feel honored to live our lives in the way God wants us to live because not many can accomplish living such a fulfilling life.
